Lestercast holds a number of quality approvals including ISO 9001:2015 and the internationally recognised automotive accreditation, IATF 16949:2016. We are proud to hold a number of major industry-related tier-one approvals and Fit For Nuclear status. We have an ongoing programme to review and implement new systems for improvement. This programme includes establishing the company as an environmentally friendly organisation through minimising waste and reducing pollution.
We have developed a unique automated platform which keeps our customers up to date at every stage of manufacture. This allows our customers a ‘heads up’ with delivery times and automatically keeps them ‘in the loop’ of any potentialissues as soon as possible. This aids communication between our customers and the foundry, whether it be the UK or overseas.
We have our own in-house laboratory with advanced testing and measurement equipment, together with state-of-the-art inspection facilities and procedures.
