Last week, Craig Townsend our Production Manager, Russell Gray our Technical Manager and Dennis Hewitt our Methods Engineer spent a couple of days at GIFA – The International Foundry Trade Fair for foundry technology. GIFA is co-located with METEC, NEWCAST and THERMPROCESS, in Düsseldorf, Germany and boasts over 950 exhibitors and over 49,000 visitors a year. The visit is a must for professionals in our industry.

The team thoroughly enjoyed the trip, meeting with existing & potential new suppliers, evaluating new technology for our foundry & attending valuable conferences. Lestercast fitness levels are at an all time high with the guys walking nearly 100 miles between them!! 🏃‍♂️
