Our very special lady, Hema, is hanging up her overalls & goggles after nearly 40 years, to finally put her feet up and enjoy a happy retirement!

During her journey with Lestercast, Hema has shown great leadership and commitment to the business. In 1987 she was made supervisor of the wax room and throughout her time as Supervisor and subsequently Team Leader, she has successfully trained many new staff, passing on her extensive knowledge and expertise.

Last Wednesday, the Directors, Malcolm and Chris, along with Craig & Colin, took Hema and her team to The Malt Shovel at Barkby, for a special lunch to say thank you for the many years of dedication and hard work she has given to Lestercast.

Hema will be greatly missed by everyone at Lestercast, and we all wish her a long, happy & healthy retirement.
