Responsible for new and existing customer sales.
Loves watching and playing sport, reading, eating and drinking (the red stuff). Also likes a bit of fun, banter and a wind-up! Malc’s catchphrase – “We’re so proud!”
Colin Caine
Operations Director
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the business, Colin is also responsible for the long-term strategic planning and high-level, cross-departmental operations
Supporter of Manchester City & Altrincham (Alty) Football Club and occasionally tries to hit a golf ball straight! Colin’s catchphrase – “Bring it on!”
Marc Healey
Sales & Marketing Manager
Responsible for new business sales, enquiries and quotations in addition to providing technical support where required. Marc is also responsible for maintaining Lestercast’s close relationship with new and existing customers. Marc regularly visits conferences and exhibitions promoting our brand and identifying new market sectors.
A great enthusiast and participant of many sports. Resident office practical joker.
Matt Powell
Sales Engineer
Assessing feasibility of new enquiries, and producing comprehensive quotations. Providing support and advice to new and existing customers. Visiting new and existing customers (worldwide). Attending exhibitions and conferences across the world.
Matt enjoys weekends away with the family, socialising with friends and watching sports. Predominantly Football.
Liz Rennolds
Marketing Coordinator
Responsible for internal and external marketing for Lestercast. Covering all aspects of marketing, such as event and exhibition organising, graphic design and digital marketing.
Enjoys days to the coast with the kids, woodland walks with the dog and binge watching a good crime series with a glass of wine (or two…)

Russell Gray
Technical Manager
A big part of my role at Lestercast is to offer technical support to the team, particularly in the development of new parts, tooling, samples and casting techniques. I also provide technical support and component advice to customers during product development of new and existing parts.
One of the few people that would admit to being from Lincoln. Ex-petrolhead who enjoys driving fast cars slowly due to the need to transport two children. I enjoy the thought of exercise, whilst feasting on a good curry.

Quality Manager
My role focuses on driving continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process and our supply base. Implementation of the company’s quality policies and procedures, maintaining and updating the company’s Quality Management System to the relevant standards. On-going compliance with customer requirements and customer support.
A self-confessed gadget hoarder who enjoys his spare time outdoors, walking and kayaking when possible.

Methods Engineer
Develops methods of casting and tracking of new jobs through the processes.
A huge petrol head and enjoys bringing the average age of the office down!
Karthik Shastri
Quality Engineer
I’m all about precision, consistency and making sure things are always audit-ready. I’m responsible for customer documentation, gauge calibration, raw material checks, regular QMS audits, keeping inspection plans up to date, and running weekly continual improvement meetings.
Karthik unwinds with chess, lives-and-breathes cricket matches, and loves trekking — there’s a moment of doubt on the climb, but the view at the top makes it all worthwhile.

Manages the accounts function within Lestercast.
Vintage car trialling (navigator and bouncer), playing tennis and dog walking.

Finance Manager
Responsibilities to organise and oversee all work within the accounts department.
Spending time with family & friends including irresistibly contagious laughter and good humour. Loves trying new things, walking in the countryside, cooking new recipes & spending time making my garden a beautiful place to relax.

Accounts Administrator
Responsible for the Sales Ledger, Credit Control and Weekly Wages as well as supporting the Finance Manager.
I enjoy spending time with my son watching and going to the golf. Also enjoy going to the theatre, socialising with friends & eating out – especially a curry.

HR / HS Administrator
Responsible for people (HR) and Health & Safety, helping to ensure the company complies with its statutory obligations and provide a safe and healthy working environment for everyone.
Time outside of work is enjoyed with friends and family, any excuse for a get together for a fun time to enjoy eating (anything not too spicy or cooked by me!), partaking in a little cocktail or two and love a binge watch of a good drama.
Tess Johnston
Health, Safety & Environment Officer
Responsible for the policies, procedures, risk assessments and daily Health, Safety & Environmental issues on-site, long-term HS&E improvements and reviews.
In Tess’s spare time, she enjoys doing things outdoors with her 2 young children, and the dog, holidays around the UK (particularly caravan holidays) and anything to do with Christmas!
Chris Strong
Maintenance Engineer
Responsible for the maintenance of the machinery across the whole site. Responsible for installations and repairs, so that Lestercast can operate at full capacity.
I spend my free time working on, and driving my vintage cars. I also enjoy holidays away in my caravan, walking the dogs and spending time with my grandchildren.
