🔍 Inspection Department
- Kirsten – Team Leader
Kirsten joined us in 2011 in the wax room, later moving to shelling in 2012 and into Inspection in 2017. With extensive training (including forklift operations) and a wealth of experience in inspection practices, Kirsten is always ready to support colleagues and is also one of our trained on-site first aiders. - Ayub – Deputy Team Leader
Since joining in 2023 as a General Operative in Inspection, Ayub’s enthusiasm, teamwork, and support for others have made him an invaluable part of the department. He is also a trained on-site first aider.

- Dilip – Team Leader
Dilip’s journey with Lestercast began in 1983 in the wax room. Over the years, he has worked across all departments, bringing unmatched experience, dedication, and reliability to the Shelling team. Dilip is also a trained on-site first aider.
Their commitment, leadership, and positive approach have helped drive progress across the business. We’re confident they’ll continue to inspire their teams and contribute to our shared success.
