The Lestercast team, along with many other companies from the UK’s casting industry, enjoyed an evening at The Best of British Casting Industry Awards Dinner, which took place last Thursday at Drayton Manor Resort.

It was a very enjoyable night, with many awards taking place after dinner. Thank you to everyone involved in organising it and congratulations to all of the winners!

During the evening Dr Pam Murrell from the CMF, announced Dennis Hewitt’s recent achievement in passing the Level 3 Metal Casting, Foundry and Patternmaking Technicians Course. Which is a fantastic achievement, and he is actually the very first student that has managed to pass the course. He received a well deserved applause and a many from the industry congratulated him personally on such a great achievement.
