The Lestercast team headed to Hellidon Lakes in Daventry to hold our annual sales meeting. This is the chance for our sales director, our sales & marketing team and the managers to discuss Lestercast’s UK & Oversea company performance. The meeting covers all aspects of the business, such as sales & marketing, production, quality, all technical aspects – including reviewing new equipment, software & machinery, new processes, and delivery performance.
We also discuss plans for the coming year regarding new equipment, software, renovations and R&D.
We would like to say a big ‘Thank you’ to all of our customers that returned the customer satisfaction questionnaire, especially those who left comments which are critical to running our successful business. The feedback we received from you was fantastic, and has been passed to the relevant team members, thank you!
After several hours the sales meeting drew to a close, but with the monsoon style downpour continuing outside, the guys decided to knock their annual game of Golf on the head and join the rest of the team in the bowling alley.
Russell Gray our Technical Manager, was overjoyed to receive the winners trophy gaining 226 points with a lead of 15 points. Unfortunately, Malcolm Healey our Sales Director picked up the ‘not such a winner’ trophy (- better stick to Golf, Malc!)
